APPLICATION

Bakeon baking powder is high quality leavening agent for making bread, biscuits, cookies and all kinds of cakes.

 

PREPARATION

Bakeon baking powder should be used as directed in your recipe. The general rule is to use 3g-4g per 150g of flour but as a guide, you can add the following to 500g of plain flour -2 level (10g) teaspoons in rich cakes, -4 level (20g) teaspoons in medium rich cakes -8 level (40g) teaspoons in scones and breads.
