HOW TO USE A CONDOM

Please read these Instructions carefully.

Caution: This product contains natural rubber latex which may cause allergic reactions.

Tear along one side of the foil, removing the condom carefully. Condoms are strong but can be torn by sharp fingernails or jewelry.

Only put the condom on when the penis is erect and before contact with your partner’s body, to assist in preventing sexually transmitted diseases and pregnancy.

Place the condom over the end of the penis with the roll on the outside. With one hand pinch the teat of the condom to expel any trapped air, this will make space for the sperm.
Using the other hand, roll the condom down the length of the penis to its base. If you feel the condom slipping or stretching stop and check the condom to avoid potential breakage. Withdraw the penis soon after ejaculation holding the condom firmly in place at the base.

Wait until the penis is completely withdrawn before removing the condom. Keep the penis and condom away from the vagina to avoid any contact with sperm.

Only use lubricants recommended for use with condoms. Do not use any oil-based lubricants such as massage oils, body lotions, baby oil, butter, margarine, petroleum jelly, etc. as anything containing oil can damage latex condoms. After use, wrap the condom in a tissue and dispose of it hygienically, not down the toilet.

Some medications applied to the penis or vagina may affect the condom, so please consult your doctor or pharmacist before use. Condoms should be used once due to the risk of cross infection, loss of strength through cleaning, loss of lubrication and product integrity increasing the risk of tearing, all leading to an increased risk of pregnancy or contraction of STDs. Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. If you are allergic to latex products, please consult your doctor before use. Condoms are intended for vaginal intercourse other uses can increase the risk of breakage.

Proper use of LifeStyles condoms can help reduce the risk of pregnancy, HIV/AIDS and sexually transmitted diseases, but no form of contraception can provide 100% protection.
If you have unprotected intercourse, or are concerned about the possible failure of your method of contraception, contact your doctor or family planning clinic as soon as possible.

Caution: condoms lubricated with Nonoxynol-9 are for vaginal use only and not for frequent multiple daily use.

Lifestyles Endurance contains 4.5 % Benzocaine, a mild anaesthetic that desensitizes the tip of the penis. If either partner experiences respiratory difficulty or blue lips following use of this product, seek medical advice immediately and do not use the product again.

After use, wash off any lubricant. If this product used as directed, does not provide relief, discontinue use. Avoid contact with eyes. If you or your partner develops a rash or irritation please contact your doctor or family planning clinic at least within 72 hours.

LifeStyles Endurance should not be used if you or your partner has any inflammation or broken skin. Always check the expiry date. If the date has expired or if the foil is damaged, do not use the condom inside and use a new one from an undamaged package.
