For Porridge Oats

For a hearty Quaker Oats breakfast pour 32oml of milk or water in a pan containing 50 g of oats, then stir. Bring the mixture to boil and cook the mixture for 2 minutes. Then serve. Try serving it with honey, almonds and fresh fruits.

If you are in a hurry, pour the milk or water in a bowl containing 50 g of oats. Stir, then put the bowl in the microwave. Microwave on high for 2 minutes, then remove and leave to stand for 1 minute prior to serving.
