Folic acid 1 mg
Aloe ext. 5 mg
Lecithin 50 mg
Vitamin A 5000 I.U.
Vitamin B1 2 mg
Vitamin B2 2 mg
Vitamin B3 20 mg
Vitamin B6 2 mg
Vitamin B12 6 µg
Vitamin C 60 mg
Vitamin D2 400 I.U.
Vitamin E 45 mg
Calcium pantothenate 15.3 mg
Ferrous fumarate 54.76 mg
Copper sulfate 7.86 mg
Magnesium oxide 66.34 mg
Zinc oxide 5 mg
Dibasic calcium phosphate 307.5 mg
Manganese sulfate 3 mg
Potassium sulfate 18 mg



Chocolate-colored soft capsules.



1. Supplementation of vitamin and mineral in following cases:
Weakness, anorexia, dystrophia, wasting diseases, fatigue, illness, pregnancy, lactation, a period of growth, senescence.

2. Lowering of physical strength during one’s illness at convalescence: Nutrition and tonic, relief for fatigue.



The usual adult dosage is one soft capsule once daily.



1. Warning

Use of more than 5,000 IU/day vitamin A (Retinal) in pregnant woman may cause teratogenesis, therefore vitamin A administration should not exceed 5,000 IU/day in women of the first trimester of pregnancy or women of childbearing potential who might become pregnant. (Except the patients with vitamin A deficiency)

2. In following cases, consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking SupramaIt.

a) Infants under 1 year of age.

b) Patients undergoing therapy.

c) Pregnant women.

3. Precautions

a) Keep the prescribed dosage and administration.

b) In young children, administer under a protector’s guidance.

c) Because Vitamin A is sufficiently supplied with regular meal, should not be administered more than 8000 I.U. as Vitamin A daily dose.

4. Other cautions

a) In cases of vomiting, nausea, diarrhea, pruritus due to taking Supramult, the administration should be discontinued and consult your doctor or pharmacist.

b) In cases of gastric discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, rash, ruber due to taking Supramult, the administration should be discontinued and consult your doctor or pharmacist.

c) Administration of Supramult may cause hypermenorrhea and emmeniopathy. If bleeding is continued, consult your doctor or pharmacist.

d) If you think that the drug is having too little effect in one month you should discuss the matter with your doctor or pharmacist

5. Cautions in keeping and handling

a) Keep out of reach of children.

b) Store at cool places, protected from a direct ray of light.

c) Do not preserve in another containers in order to maintain quality of the drug and avoid misusing.

6. Use in pregnancy

In the foreign country, it has been reported that human fetal teratogenecity, including head neural crest, was suspected because of maternal ingestion of large dosages of vitamin A (mare than 10,000 IU/day) during and before the first trimester of pregnancy. Therefore, use in women who are in the first trimester of pregnancy or who want to become pregnant should be avoided except use for the treatment of vitamin A deficiency.
Use of this drug for supplement of vitamin A should be considered of the intake by foods, and also vitamin A administration by this drug should be limited to 5,000 IU/day.



Store in a coal and dry place.
